I/We agree to the terms and conditions regarding this loan and that I/we will bear any costs associated with the processing of this Application. I/We authorise Endeavour Co-operative Credit Union Limited to obtain any information it considers relevant from any source it may deem necessary. I/We acknowledge the testaments made herein to be true to the best of my/our knowledge.
